However, please note our cancellation and rescheduling policy: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time. Service Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $45 service fee. This fee covers the time slot reserved for your property. Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more in advance, you will not be charged any fees, and we will work with you to find a new time slot that fits your property’s needs.
